Who am I?

I am a freelance writer based in York. I have a degree in English Language and Creative Writing from Lancaster University, and a certificate in proofreading from Chapterhouse. I have experience in writing and editing content for an international marketing agency, and have a diverse range of freelance content and copywriting projects under my belt. The bulk of my current work is copywriting and ghostwriting, and I work closely with a range of independent publishers to write and edit non-fiction texts and sales copy.

I am available for ghostwriting, content writing and copywriting, from articles to newsletters to educational resources to fiction. I am skilled at writing well-researched articles and blogs, both of which I can provide for you at competitive rates; I also write fiction well to a brief, and love the opportunity to flex my story muscles. Fiction

My short fiction has been published in a variety of places, including Story Magazine, Litro and Fiction Feast, and you can hear one of my stories on GPS-triggered app Hackney Hear. I am currently working on a collection of flash fiction and seeking representation for my debut novel. I am also a writer and producer of the audio drama podcast, The Family Tree, which is in its third and final season.
